The evil eye is a term used to describe the process of being afflicted by Raja-Tama vibrations from another person, which means that the other person can afflict us with the evil eye intentionally or unintentionally.
To measure it's easiest is to measure your favorite ring or use a piece of string to the appropriate size you desire and measure on a ruler/tape measure (you will need a millimeter ruler). See size chart. Not sure what size? I can adjust if it's not the correct fit just return it and I can modify size.

Sizing is easy! If a previous piece of jewelry isnt available for sizing, you can use a string to measure to your comfort and then measure on a ruler.
If it's a gift I can help you by adding an extension chain to any piece you want so there is wiggle room if the fit isnt exact
