The size of this cuff fits any size wrist. It can be adjusted because it is open 1 inch. It is made to be squeezed to size. I use thick 1.5mm thick so she's not flimsy

Sizing is easy! If a previous piece of jewelry isnt available for sizing, you can use a string to measure to your comfort and then measure on a ruler.
If it's a gift I can help you by adding an extension chain to any piece you want so there is wiggle room if the fit isnt exact
